MY CELLULOID ROMANCE CONTEST FORM Deadline: April 20, 2012 Match the film titles with the headshot of the director who made it. Rules You must be 18 years or older to play. Any entry received from persons under the age of 18 will be deleted. No purchase neccessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Only one recipient per household is permitted in any Offer administered by the Festival and recipients may only receive 1 ticket for every film title that is correctly matched with the number of the director. Each director's number may only be used ONCE. Players that use a director's number more than once will be disqualified! Forms must be filled out completely. Last time to enter is Friday, April 20, 2012, and winners will be notified by phone or email. WInning tickets may be picked up at the door at Will Call on April 21, 2012 at GoGo37 on 37 East St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. A valid ID of the submitter is required to pick up the winning tickets. Employees of Ophilia Events or the Red Rock Film Festival, (the “Festival”), its licensee, and each of its sister companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners of the online offer and the members of their immediate families and or households are ineligible to participate. Registrants are required to provide truthful information and the Festival will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Festival will disqualify any registration from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. No ticket substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of tickets permitted except at the sole discretion of the Festival. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seats are not guaranteed, and ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to showtime. Ticket Holders not seated by 10 minutes prior to showtime risk forfeiture of their ticket. The Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Ticket holders must vacate the auditorium between screenings, workshops and events with their belongings. The Festival reserves the right remove or to deny entry to recipient and/or guest if he/she engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the film. Choose wisely and match which director directed which film -- read the descriptions of the films on the website to help your deductive reasoning skills such as cultural knowledge.
